OOC: It will pick up btw lol Trust me! Maya nodded, "Ya we do." She sighed. "And I know where they are. When I ran away last night I scented them. Come with me." She nodded, and headed off with Chaos at her side... **** The den loomed over head, frost bitten and covered in jagged icicles. The pack had chosen a very wise location, right on the border between the two forests. In their position, they would feel the burning lust of the Old Forest, and yet have choice over faes and brutes of either wood. Rape and Mayhem, the two brutes she hated most, lay panting within. She could hear them talking, smell their oversexed bodies, and sensed the ache of many faes within the caves. Two brutes stood in plain sight, huge, scarred, battle worn males with long ripped fur and muscles that bulged from their bodies. One was pure black, green eyes glimmering with the fire of the sea; the other an icy white with eyes that held the light blue spirit of the sky at high noon. They were obviously the guards, and Maya froze, paw out to stop Chaos before they saw them. Those guards would tear them apart, Chaos literally, her as well, just in a much worse way- rape. She shivered, trying to stop her body from trembling with fear. These were the males that had eventually killed her mother! And the sound of the hated Rape and Mayhem made her want to cry out with fear, hatred, and disgust. But mostly the paralyzing fear. The hatred burned hot as fire within her however, and kept the icy fear at bay for now, not willing to die down until she had her revenge. These two were her captors, the ones that had taken it upon themselves to personally treat Maya to a living hell, where her world was filled with nothing but sex and lust, and killing, and cold, endless pounding of her sides against the hard earth as she cried out, and now they would do it to her again! She started backing away, tears in her eyes, apologizing to her mother. She couldn't do it... She couldn't! Then Chaos bumped against her side, worry and questions in his eyes, and she swallowed tightly, kissed him square on the lips, and nodded. She was going to get a hold of herself, and go get her friggen revenge!

As they traveled to the den of Maya's origin, Chaos did some thinking. What if they got there and the pack tore them up? Then their new relationship would be for nothing! He didn't want to lose her so soon after he got her. But then he realized that this was something Maya would do no matter what, and as her now mate, he had to go with and try to protect her from whatever harm may come. He took in a deep breath and kept trudging.
After a few hours of walking, Maya dashed in front of Chaos to stop him from going any further. The look of fear and rage in her eyes told him they had arrived. There was a ridge in front of them, and Maya motioned that he should stay low. Chaos bent down, his belly fur getting soaked in snow and mud as he stalked forward. He made a mental note to give himself a thorough wash later, but there was no time for that now. Now, there was work to be done.
Finally reaching the edge of the cliff type thing, he peeked over the edge to get a look at his opponents. They were two wolves, almost asleep in front of a large hole in the side of a mountain. Their conversation was of rape and faes, and Chaos felt his teeth gnashing as he thought of how much pain he was going to cause them. No way were these fat, lazy and unprepared guards stopping him and Maya from getting what they were after. Sweet revenge!
They scooted back carefully and when they were a safe distance away Maya explained who the guards were. "So they killed your parents?" Chaos questioned after she had finished. "Well I guess they get our special treatment then. How are we going to go about this." "I'm not sure Chaos... They're so big and strong... Are we really ready for this?" "Listen to yourself Maya. You've never been scared of this before, why should you be scared now? Come on, let's go punish what they did to you all those years ago!" They slunk back to the precipice and assessed the guards again. They were now snoozing away, content with their lives of evil.
"Okay Maya... Let's go." The two of them went forward, quiet as if they were stalking rabbits. Things were going well for the first few steps, but about halfway there Chaos cracked a twig under his paws. The smaller of the two woke up and looked around sleepily. He didn't have time to process what was going on before Chaos and Eclipse were upon them, biting and snarling, but trying to keep it quiet enough so as to not wake the rest of the pack. Chomping down on Mayhem's muzzle, Chaos uttered "run coward", and the wolf slunk away, whining. Rape followed, a little more resentfully, but cruel as he was, he wasn't stupid enough to take on two wolves at the same time. He backed away, snarling as he went. Chaos looked at Maya. "We did it." They shared a kiss and looked into the den. Now the real challenge was about to begin.

Mayhem ran almost immediately. He was a coward, only taking females that had been beaten past the point of fighting. Rape was harder, but soon followed, though MAYA was suspicious if he was really gone or not. He was the leader of this pack, and shouldn't have just run off like that. Whispering, she explained her fears to Chaos. "That was Rape, the Alpha. He shouldn't have left so easily. He'll be back, and he won't be alone. We'll have to be careful." Then they continued forward. The cave itself was empty, but Maya could hear cries and whimpers coming from the tunnels that threaded off from the main cave.
She nodded and headed cautiously into the first one. It was unguarded, but she was still wary. Stepping in, however, revealed no trap. Just several faes stuck in what appeared to be dog kennels. That was new. They had left guards with faes to keep them from running, occasionally tying them up in vines or down in a hole so deep only those with help [from a male] could get out. She herself had been left to wander, though she always had Rape or some other male he had given her to for the day at her side, watching her, instructing her.
She crept forward, and gently shook the first cage. The fae inside it whimpered, but softly, seeming to realize that this pair was here to help save them, even the male. Maya studied the kennel quickly, trying to see how it opened, then Chaos nudged her, and showed her how to open the latch by sliding it with a paw or her muzzle. She nodded, then they released all the faes. "You can come with us, and help the others, or run. But whichever you decide to do, stay quiet!" Maya said so softly, only the five faes and Chaos could hear her.
Three faes immediately took off, but they were silent as they were swift, and escaped easily. The other two, one a red wolf with amber eyes, the other a silver wolf with ice blue eyes, nodded. They followed Maya and Chaos to the main cave, where they took another side tunnel. This one a guard patrolled the rows. THere were four rows with about four faes each, so twenty as far as the four saviors could tell. Maya nodded and Chaos streaked out, grabbing the surprised guard by the neck. The guard fought back, but soon Maya and the silver wolf were on him, choking him. The red fae watched the main cave, looking out for Rape and his followers. So far, so good.
The red wolf came back, shaking her head, then opened one kennel, letting the fae out. Chaos and Maya shoved the guard into the remaining kennel, a piece of rope binding and gagging him, so he couldn't escape or call out for help. Then Maya went and sat guard as Chaos and the two faes released all nineteen other trapped faes, and repeated her offer to them. No one in this group accepted, and all took off, escaping just as easily as the first three had. "Cowards." Murmured the silver, blue-eyed fae. "I am Luna." She told them in a soft voice. The red fae nodded, amber eyes flashing. "I am Vixen."
Chaos led them to the next tunnel, but at the end they found only a cave full of sleeping brutes. There were about thirty, so Vixen and Maya immediately shot down the idea of attack. Luna was on watch, and huffed softly. Rape was coming back. Vixen nodded, and the three crept out to join Luna. Rape was coming back, but he was heading for this tunnel. He was going to his brutes for help. Maya surprised him by jumping out and grabbing his throat, and he yelped softly, which Maya used her thick side fur to mush into nothingness. "Maya Minka?" He gasped through her fur, so only she could hear. Then he laughed, standing. "I always knew you'd come back to me." He purred, staying at an almost silent volume. He didn't seem eager for his brutes to attack now. Maya backed away, frozen with fear, but as he closed in to make a move, Chaos got into range behind him and grabbed his ruff, while Luna and Vixen also attacked, muffling his cries and choking his breath from him. "Miss me?" Maya snarled softly, also joining the fray. "I didn't miss you. Only my mother." With that, she grabbed his neck and twisted her head, ripping his soft throat in two. His eyes widened, then he crumpled, death succumbing him instantly. Maya panted, then turned, leading them to the next tunnel of faes as Chaos stared at her with awe and fright. The rage inside her was fading slowly, and the brutes hadn't even woken as their Alpha was murdered.
The next tunnel led to an empty cave, all that was in here were the bones of recent prey. Luna moved to the front, and at the next cave there were several guards, and two huge kennels. In them there was a beaten brute, dark brown with hardened scars running across his face and shoulder. He wasn't one of the pack, but had been caught by the pack and obviously refused them. He was missing an eye, the most recent scar stretched across where the pupil should have been. His fur was ripped and torn from his body.
The other kennel was across the room, a beautiful pure white fae, though her fur was dirty, her golden eyes were half closed, and her body beaten. Dried blood was pooled on the floor. This was Rape's new favorite. Or at least *had* been.
[Yay! Vixen, Luna, and this white fae are gonna be my new RP thread characters once they escape!]

OOC: Whoa! 971 words?! that's gazemazing! btw, if there's four rows of four faes, there's sixteen, not twenty, lol
Chaos was quite surprised the rescue was going so well. Freeing the first five had been a cinch, and with the help of Luna and Vixen, the next sixteen was fairly easy as well. Taking out the stupid guard in front of them was no sweat, as Chaos was used to fighting off opponents from his years of wandering, but this was the first time it felt important. Like he was actually doing something good by it. He was not only helping his mate, but he was doing something he was good at. A little too good at perhaps...
He grumbled as the next sixteen faes went out as quickly as they could, some making a pretty loud racket. "Stupid cowards." He murmured. When the faes gave their names, the silver one gave him a little look. it wasn't much, but Chaos knew what it meant. She was grateful. She liked his courage and the fact that he was a male who didn't use females as toys. He glanced at Maya. She was oblivious to the look. The worst part of this was that Luna, the one who gave him the look, was very attractive. VERY attractive. He scooted closer to Maya when she re-entered. There was no way he'd cheat on her... Was there?
They crept over to another tunnel and peeked inside. Smooth cave walls sloped upward and inward, becoming a giant domed ceiling with stalactites hanging from its peak. Under this ceiling was probably thirty or more brutes, all smelling of rape and worse. The three (Vixin was keeping guard) looked at each other, nodded, and backed out. Try as they might, there was no way they were taking down all of those brutes. They were just about to inspect the next cave when Vixen gave a low croon. The alpha was returning. He looked much taller up close than he did when he was running away. The huge brute towered over Maya, intimidating her. She was about to be destroyed by his acts of cruelty yet again! No. Chaos wasn't letting that happen. Right before his mate was about to be taken, he let out a yowl and jumped square on the huge brute's shoulders, forcing him to the ground. "Not on your life, rapist." With a quick dash, Maya ran in and finished the brute, slashing his neck in two. Chaos was kind of stunned. He had never seen Maya this mad except for when she was mad at him for... He didn't even remember, but she was mad at him for something. She had stormed off and left him in the cold, alone and heartbroken. Now he saw a new kind of anger. Revenge. It scared him a little, but he saw it dying down and didn't take much more notice of it.
There was one room left... the room for the alpha's new plaything... She was a once pretty pure white fae, but the blood covering her face hid her previous beauty. The beat up male noticed the newcomers, and started distracting the guards. "You know what? I'm done living with you!I'm getting out today!" He then leapt at one of the four guards. Taking this as their cue to action, the other four jumped in the fight. Chaos took on the biggest, who was at the moment pinning the scarred male to the ground. Chaos bowled him over, surprise and fear flashed in the huge brute's eyes, and then he turned and ran off. Chaos didn't take much notice of it and went on to the next one, who was beating on Luna. He threw him off and killed him with a swift bite to the neck. Luna looked lovingly at him, but before Chaos had time to react, the sound of outraged howling came from the main cave. "The guard!" Chaos yelled. The one who got away must have warned the rest of the pack! They were going to be way outnumbered. Badly.

OOC: Its kk! And oops! Pshh and they put me in Algebra xD OOC: Hey, Luna and Vixen are gonna be my new RP characters. Maybe you could take the brute they rescued? Make him stick around and help, then after the fight go his own way? Maybe even be Luna/Vixen's interest...? ;D Maya calmed quickly, but fire still burned in her eyes, and when they attacked to defend and help the two prisoners, she yowled her friggen heart out, seeing as she had heard the alarm being risen anyways. She tore down the first brute to pin her, and ripped his friend's belly open with an easy slash. Within a few brutes, she resorted to killing when she could, but otherwise just snapped and bit, making her opponents flee. Luna smiled gratefully at Chaos, and leaned over to lick his cheek, then tore through a few brutes around them, leaving him stunned. Vixen saw that many males were pouring in, and freaked. She had finally been released, only to be recaptured? No way in hell! She roared, literally, fangs flashing like a demoness as she ripped and tore through the ranks of wolves. Starshine jumped free of her kennel, having been opened by some unknown wolf. She snarled, snapping at those nearest to her, and tore through to the tunnel, easily escaping. Once outside she ran, pounding through the forest, breathing in the sex-free, beautiful, lush air of spring. Soon she found the tracks of those long abused, and caught up to the faes, who were on the run. They were trying to make a basecamp as far away as possible, so that they could heal, feed, then move on once they could survive on their own. Starshine caught up with them, and her aggression and anger flared up. "Cowards!" She spat. "Those who just freed you risked their lives to help you, and are now being torn to shreds by the Guard! Those of you who wish to make up for your cowardness, come with me now! We must help save them, as they did us!" She snarled, and spit with rage at those who backed off with fear clear in their eyes. All in all, there were about 19 faes here, plus herself and the three with the brute who had rescued them. So 24 against the many brutes of Rape's pack. Not the best, seeing as there were exactly 39 brutes, but better then five, three of which were hurt. Soon, one by one, the faes stepped up. A silver one, "I will." A black one. "As will I." A whitish gray one. "I am ashamed for my fear." More and more and more, until only two stood back. One muddy brown, with fierce but faded amber eyes. She was older, and gave off the aura of a once amazing pride. "I am too old to fight." "Then die knowing you let your rescuers die before you, in the hands of your captors." Starshine spat, turning to the other, a beautiful gray brown fae with green eyes. "I will come." She said softly. "So I thought," Starshine smiled warmly, then turned to lead them away. When she looked over her shoulder, 19 faes followed her, even the old one who had said no. Starshine smiled, dipped her head. "Thank you. We must rid the world of this filth!" She growled, lifting her head to howl mournfully, then raced away, a huge tide of coming faes on her heels, flowing forth and back to the home of their previous captation. [sp?] With fangs bared, claws drawn and stiff, and eyes lit with internal flames of rage, stoked by years of force, captivity, hatred, hurt, pain, anger, and sorrow, plus many other strong feelings built up over time and abuse; the wolfen army of faes poured into the caverns and overtook the brutes who were fighting, freeing their rescuers of such stress. Within minuted the battle was half won, brutes and faes falling. Many that fell were dead, but some faes fell into the wrong claws and the abuse became apparent again as their brutes dragged them to the entrance tunnel, planning on taking them away as slaves. But few reached the entrance before either their fae or another slew them, and none passed the door. [ooc: 726 words! ]

OOC: yeah, i'll take the brute, he can be a love interest for one of them.
Chaos slashed and bit brute after brute, his strength slowly leaving him. This was impossible. No way would they be able to take on all 40 of them. He closed his eyes and just bit openly, not caring what he bit as long as it was male and fluffy. When he accidentally bit Maya, he opened his eyes and felt terrible. He saw the hurt and confusion in her eyes as she turned away and went to fight somewhere else. Far away from him. Chaos stood there, stunned for a second, but it was a second too long. Another brute had noticed his distraction and lept on him, rendering him helpless. Chaos was lying on his front with a snapping, snarling brute on his back. He felt teeth enter his neck and could feel death's warm embrace starting to overcome him. It might as well. There was no way they were going to win anyways. It was now or later. He gave up.
The brute dug its teeth in deeper as Chaos felt his life ebbing away, bit by bit. All the work he'd put into getting Maya as his mate and attacking these fiendish brutes was for naught. Sadly, he felt a little regret. Then he remembered all the time he'd spent with Maya. He didn't regret a bit of it. It was about then that he realized his life was flashing before his eyes. Kinda funny. Oh well, he was about to die, and this was his last thought. Kind of sad, but it was just how his life was. Sad and over.
And it was about then that he realized he wasn't dead yet. Wondering why he wasn't dead but still had a brute on his back, he looked up. Luna had her teeth locked in his back and was ripping out flesh as if it was her life that depended on it, not Chaos's. Chaos took his opportunity to flip himself over and batter at the belly of his attacker. The brute ran off, howling in pain. Chaos looked at Luna, panting for breath. "How can I ever th-" before he could get the last words out, Luna ran up and kissed him square on the lips! Chaos stepped back, stunned. "Wh- but... I..." She silenced him with another. He felt eyes blazing into his pelt. Maya had seen. And from the intensity of her gaze, Chaos guessed she was not happy. Not happy at all.
About five minutes later, after more heavy fighting in which Vixen got a few scratches and the unnamed male had gone off, wheezing. Things were going bad, but just then the silver fae came back with a whole hoard of new faes. The ones that had run away! With these newcomers, the brutes were all either killed or ran away. They had done it. The fight was over, and somehow, their little rescue mission came out successful. Now that the physical battle was over, the mental battle was about to begin. The one between Eclipse, him, and Luna.
Before that battle could begin, they all traveled back to the refugee camp that the runaways had created. On the way, Chaos had tried to explain to Maya what happened, but all he got was an annoyed grunt and, "Shut up Chaos, I'm not talking to you" What didn't help was that Luna was at his side constantly, talking about how great and brave he was. It made Chaos wonder if Maya was really meant for him. After all, he'd just fought this entire battle for her. She should be grateful, not yelling at him. And then there was the rage she had that freaked him out. What on Earth was he to do if that got turned on him? He looked at Luna, she was praising and kissing up to him like a puppy wanting a belly rub. Maybe this was destiny. Maybe Maya was just meant to be a passageway to Luna...
They got to the camp and after getting a quick drink and a bite to eat, Chaos picked a sunny spot and waited, not wanting to hear this next feud at all. However, he was going to have to, whether he liked it or not.

Maya felt relief as the faes surged in, taking out males and brutes left and right. It was a miracle, straight from the heavens! And here was she and Chaos, at the center, leaders of the fight! Rescuers of the victims, the light in the night. Here to save lives, and wreck the lives of those already twisted and bent at the knees. She tore through males herself, killing a few, pride in her gut. The battle was turning, it was their's to win. She was sure of it. Then, in the darkness after the battle, she and Chaos would rise again, mates at last. Able to live the rest of their lives as they chose, not as destiny did.
She felt the anger ebb from her heart, from her soul, from her mind. Her meaningless rage, the cold hatred, it was all gone. She could finally lead a happy life, never hurting another being again. She would never attack or kill after this. The fight was gone from her, replaced with a warm glow.
Suddenly, though, her dreams were dashed. Chaos was being choked to death, and she wasn't close enough! She surged forward, trying to break through the still somewhat living ranks of furious males and fighting faes, she wasn't going to make it. The tears streamed, her eyes sparkling with the almost gem like droplets that fell from them. If she didn't make it, and he died, she would finish this battle, then kill herself. He was what she wanted the rest of her life with, on Earth, or heaven. Heck, if he went to Hell, she'd follow happily, not doubt or grief in mind!
Then, thank god! The angels answered, sending rescue in the form of a silver furred blue eyed femme, leaping to Chaos's side, gripping his killer's neck in turn. She dug in deep, ripping fur and flesh from him, until the male crumpled, falling to the side. Chaos stood, awe and gratefulness in his eyes, stuttering words to her. Maya couldn't hear them, but she could see the look in those eyes, the shaking of his lips, and the kiss that Luna implanted on them. He kissed her back. Shock was in his eyes, but he reacted instinctively, kissing her back. Luna gave him another one, silencing his words of protest with her own lips and mouth. Now he was not protesting, and Maya froze. As she stared, shock and hurt in her eyes, but no anger, that was gone for good now, a male took advantage of her and sent her flying. He jumped after her, and tore at her. He aimed for her gut, but she swerved, and he hit her shoulder instead. For her throat, hitting her face.
As his teeth clicked on her face, one of her deep chocolate brown eyes popped out, the flesh around the eye stripped away. As he moved in to kill, Starshine gripped him, shaking him so hard his spine snapped. Maya cried out with pain, blood spilling down her face. Her eye was gone! Left in its place, there would forever be an empty socket surrounded by an ugly scar. She was blind on half her body, and it scared her. She couldn't see as well now.
Thankfully, Vixen seemed to know the art of medicine. The battle was over, so Vixen disappeared for a while. She came back with strange leafed plants, and cobwebs. She told Maya to lay down and sit still, then set to work, soothing the pain with leaves, the cut with chewed stems, and binding it with broad leaves and cobwebs. It would fall off once her eye was healed.
Maya limped off, leading the group back, Starshine beside her, showing her where the camp was. Maya simply nodded, and bared her teeth, warning Chaos off. The anger and hatred was gone, but sorrow and pain made her edgy, and snappy.

Chaos was torn. He loved Maya with all his heart, and he wouldn't give her up for anything in the world, not even if faced by death. However, Luna's prospect was wild, intriguing, and a little more vivacious than the life he saw himself living with Maya. Watching Maya loose an eye had been terrible enough, was he really going to take a mate away from her as well? No. He was simply going to tell Luna he wasn't interested. That Maya was his only, and that no other would ever take her place. He stood up straight and walked straight over to her den. Even before arriving, he knew that trouble was already brewing. He could hear the yells from outside the den: Maya arguing with Luna. Chaos felt quite proud that he was going to disperse this argument without much trouble. They were both going to see things his way and everything would be settled. Or so he thought... He entered the den to find them both standing as tall as they both could stand with their fur fluffed so they each looked about two times their normal heights. Maya was huge enough without adding her fluffy fur to the mix, but now that she was this huge she was downright scary. Luna was first to notice him come in and immediately scooted to his side and kissed his cheek. "Chaos, tell the stupid fae over there that you're mine." She looked longingly into his eyes, and Chaos wished he could see some kind of deep love, but there was none. Just a kind of... desprateness. Her whole body cried out for someone to take control and give her the life she wanted. A life with a protector. Like it or not, Chaos wasn't going to be that protector. He looked her square in the eyes and said, "Luna, you're very pretty and any wolf would be more than lucky to have you, but I love Maya more than any one else, and that's not going to change. He moved over to her side. He looked into her eyes. "Maya, I never meant to hurt you. I didn't even mean to kiss her... It just happened... I'm really sorry." He had no clue what either fae would do, and he was a little scared of both of them at the moment. He waited for one of them to make the first move. OOC: 416, my bad
