Tharin's crying seemed to stop, replaced with a burning anger that gripped him. He rose to his paws, suddenly unfeeling towards the dizziness that continued to sweep over him. His black-tipped ears swung back, earrings jingling loudly against each other.
"I didn't feel like the time was right. I had a feeling you'd react this way and I didn't want to hurt you." Tharin growled. A mixture of both rage and regret wrote itself clearly across his face. Then everything change, his expression became uncharacteristically dark and his voice dropped down to a deadly whisper. "We all have secrets, Eclipse. Mine are just darker than others..."

"If you had told me before, I would have understood! As in maybe when we started to fall in love? Or after we made love to each other? I believe that would have been an appropriate time to tell me!" Eclipse growled back, her own hurt pushed aside with defensive, hurt rage.
"And no, we don't. I have told you all of my past!" Eclipse snapped, turning away, and heading through the bushes away from Tharin.

Tharin's blood chilled at his mate's jab, it hurt more than any physical wound he'd ever had. His lip curled into a bitter snarl as Eclipse turned to leave. Part of him told him to go after her, while his pride told him to walk away, leave her. He stood there, torn between two extremes before finally charging through the brush after her.
"Eclipse, wait..." He panted, circling around and blocking her. His tall figure physically blocked her path, keeping her from moving away. Fury had no longer clouded his judgement, and his blue eyes betrayed an intense distress in simply watching her walk away. "What can I do...? It's all on the table now, I've told you everything..." Tharin sighed, his breath shaking.
"I need your help... Nienna's in trouble and I can't do it alone." He murred honestly.

Eclipse bared her fangs, lip curled, and snarled, hurt making it sound way more fierce then any rage could. She was furious that he was going to use his size against her, and very upset at the same time. She thought he would respect her enough to let her leave or walk away, without having to use his obviously bigger, stronger body to keep her from leaving. And she had only wanted a few minutes to walk and think; she wouldn't have just left him there! She was mad, but not mad even to break him or herself like that!
She bristled, glaring at him. "How do I know you've told me everything?" She demanded aggressively, once again sounding way meaner because of her fear, hurt, and pain. "I thought that before, maybe you're lieing again." Then she took a step back, trying to get past him...
[So, wanna have them make up after a while of arguing, then his mate come in and complicate it again? Sounds fun! x3]

"I'm tired of arguing... Eclipse, I swear I never meant to hurt you. I didn't tell you because I didn't want anything to come between us... obviously it was wrong to hide things from you." Tharin lamented, blocking her again.
"What if I promise you that there's no secrets between us any longer? What's done is done and whatever history we've had should be left where it is --- the past." He sighed, his features softening. "Nothing like this will ever happen again, I don't want to loose you..." Tharin added with a gentle lick to her cheek. He backed off, slinking towards the clearing.
[OOC: Haha, sure x3 Like she could appear after they finally find Nienna. tracks or something.] [/blockquote]

"Promise?" She demanded, softening as well when he lowered his voice and licked her chin. She was more nervous and afraid, afraid of losing him and her newest way of life. She was still angry about him blocking her, and they would discuss that later, but for now she wanted to stop fighting as well.
She took a step after him, and when he reassured her of his promise, she relaxed, following him. She came up beside him, stopping him before they reached the scene of murder, and rubbed her body along his invitingly, apologizing without words. Her eyes were soft again, and she reached out to kiss his lips gently...

Tharin respectfully kissed her back. His body leaning supportively against hers, enjoying the sensual thrill of simply having her frame rub against him. His eyes fluttered closed for just a moment before he pulled away, feeling as if he did the body of the coydog a great injustice simply by showing affection to his mate. It was a murder scene and he was to treat it as such. Later though... He would have to get back to this moment.
He plodded foreword, his head ducked low. Nienna's scent was all over the clearing, but he knew her light build wouldn't have left too much evidence behind.
"I know which path she took, but the fog swallowed her... She could've gone anywhere." Tharin sighed again, gaze trained to spot any difference in the soil or landscape.

Eclipse sighed, wishing they weren't here, that they could show their affection freely as they had before. She knew in this new land it would be even better, for now the lust was gone, replaced with real love. She smiled sorrowfully at Tharin, then searched as well.
Her sharp nose and eyes quickly found disturbance however, at a spot near where the she-wolf had disappeared. A light mark in the blood-ridden mud, the pressure of toes, the slight scratch of fur trailing across the ground before lifting to run. The scent of death, slightly less here. She temporarily thought about covering any evidence she found, so that he would give up, forget about his daughter, and come show her his affection, like he used to in the old lands. Maybe he had been under the spell as well, and now that it was gone, so was his lustful love, and there was nothing real to it...
Then she shrugged that off, and sniffed again, pausing a while longer. "Tharin." She said, then backed off to let him scent and follow the paw prints, barely visible.

Tharin raised his head, blinking rapidly to adjust his vision from the forest floor to the dark form of his mate. In spite of himself, he grinned, trying to take a positive stance on this otherwise awful tragedy. He would see his daughter again, he'd still have Ecli---
A war-like cry erupted from the bracken beside him and before he could react, a silver figure bolted from the brush. Her tiny form over-took the surprised brute and bowled him over sideways. Tharin's breath had been knocked out of him, his eyes wide with both shock and freight. He opened his mouth to say something, but nothing but a sharp gasp came.
The little fae stood proudly, her fur bristling. Fresh indigo paint branded the fur under her eyes as she stared at the two wildly. She was a elegant coyote, slightly more muscular than her brethren, and she had the audacity to bare her teeth at Tharin. She cried again, using her body to knock him on his back and pin him down. Tharin did nothing but stare at her, his mouth still hung slightly agape.

Eclipse saw his shock, and her gut dropped as she realized this coyote had yet another untold tale behind her. With a fiercome cry she pelted forward, slamming into the coyote female, knocking her across the clearing, and off of Tharin. Eclipse turned to attack again, dark coat shimmering in the afternoon heat, silver blue eyes cold and calculating, and the white moon on her hip shone brilliantly.
She bared her teeth, and glared viciously at the female, a snarl rumbling in her chest.
