He smirked. He had watched her leave, and had watched her go away, and honestly he was a little lured in by the smell she was giving off. He didnt know what that smell. He then looked at the wolfess as she moved on and away from him. As she howled to him on her last chance of being seen before vanishing into her territory he went on to handle a few things of his own. He went back to his cave, further up the creek from hers and began to move things around. He didnt have any serious plans, but he knew that he wanted open space in his den. After working though, he noticed that he was really hungry. He wanted some fish.....
He began to walk up the creek trying to fish out a couple small snacks. He was able to catch a few and enjoy the small meal that they offered. After which he trotted down stream, soaked from the water around him. He came out of the water to find the female who had let him stay here. Tigress was asleep on the ground nearby the water. Lapping a couple sips of water he then looked at the wolfess again. He decided he would lay down too. Giving her distance of course. However now he was soaked! He took in a deep breath laying down and her scent got into his nose again. He had to shake thoughts he was having. That wasnt good for him. Laying down he slowly began to try and close his eyes..... But he wasnt asleep yet.

Tigress breathed softly in her sleep, sensing his presence almost unconsiously, and smiled in her sleep. She rolled over onto her side and stretched out, her forelegs reaching into the air and pulling her muscles loose luxuriously. Then she started to dream...
Angel stood across the river, the fast flowing water separating them. But she didn't see him, not really. She only saw the raging beast behind her, red eyes glowing through the dark brush as the moon eclipsed and the thing moved closer. It's claws rasped against the ground, it's eyes huge orbs too high to be a small animal, and too evil to be a prey animal. It's massive weight suggested immense size and power, and she shivered fearfully, backing up until her heel hit water. She whimpered, ducking her head and crying out as it lunged, making a grab for her neck. She still couldn't see it because of the dark, but she bumped into it as she ran past, it's sides were thick with thick, wiry hairs that reeked of carrion. She cried out again, and ran into the bushes, finding resistance there as the thing crashed in behind her, swinging paws to grab her...
